Bill in $USD
Currently we bill in £GBP which then gets converted to your local currency by your bank. This can mean conversion charges and also means the actual amount fluctuates each month.
We are in the process of implementing the option to be billed in USD instead - currently we are waiting on a merchant account from our bank. Voting for this feature will allow you to get notified when we launch this.
You can now do this by going to the Account tab, deleting your old card and adding a new one. This will then let you choose the currency.
Unfortunately it requires readding the card as this transfers you to our new merchant account. We will be adding the ability to change currency without readding the card in the next few weeks.
No customers will have their currency changed automatically. Everyone will remain on GBP unless you choose to change it.
