A no data received alert will be triggered if we stop receiving data from your server for 5 minutes.
If this happens, it may mean your server is down or cannot connect to the internet to send data to us. It could also mean the agent has stopped running for some reason.
If your server is online, you should try restarting the agent. If this solves the problem you may want to e-mail us the logs so we can see why the agent stopped.
