How uptime and average response times are calculated

Every service check is given a historical uptime % and an average response time metric so you can see how well you're performing against your SLA targets.

Currently the UI reports the uptime % and average response times over the previous hour and is based on whether a check is down or not. A "down" status will affect the uptime % calculation.



In the future we will be introducing historical uptime % reporting.
