Process count monitoring

As part of our monitoring for processes, there are 2 options for monitoring the count of processes:

Global monitoring 
This is useful for getting alerted if there are suddenly a large number of processes running on a server, or more than you would expect in normal operations.

Monitoring by process name
This is useful if you know there should be a minimum number of processes at all times e.g. Apache workers; or want to know when the number of processes goes over a certain threshold when you might need to do upgrades e.g. Apache workers going over the capacity of the server.

You select the process to be monitored under the "Source" dropdown.
