Creating a device in the UI

For each device that requires monitoring you need to create a device within your account. This guide shows you how to create a new device in the UI. 

1. Log into your Server Density account and click the Devices icon on the left.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the +Device button in the top right.
   
   
3. Give your new device a name and click Save.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Install Agent link to launch the instructions. It's also possible to filter your devices, as shown in the screenshot. 
   
   
   
   
5. Select your operating system and follow the instructions to get the agent up and running.
