Your card information is stored securely with our payment provider. Note that we do not store your card details - only a unique token which is used when we need to charge your card.
We will automatically bill your card each month for your package. If on our legacy quota packages, you'll be billed at the end of the month for your usage.
If card payments fail, we'll automatically re-try the charge shortly after. If your account is suspended due to failed payment, you'll need to add a new card or get in touch for any help.
